By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.✦ General Rules
- Commission files are .png only, 3000px at 300 dpi and contain artist signature.
- Commissions may be printed for personal use only.
- You may not copy, edit, redistribute, or claim my artwork as your own under any circumstances.
- You may not profit in any way from reselling my artwork.
- Using my artwork for NFTs or AI scraping is strictly forbidden.
- I retain all intellectual rights over my artwork, even when you purchase usage rights.
- The client must always credit @miaklare when using or sharing the commissioned work. This includes social media posts, personal websites, and other platforms whenever possible.✦ Equal Treatment
All clients are treated equally in scheduling and prioritization.
Your position in the queue and your delivery will never be influenced or expedited unless purchasing the rush fee.
I value fairness and transparency, so every commission is handled with the same care and respect.
I reserve the right to decline a commission request if I'm not comfortable with the content.✦ Refund Policy
* Refunds will not be issued once work has begun, except in cases where I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons.
* In all cases, final full-resolution files will only be delivered after the payment is completed.✦ Content Requests

I WON’T draw:
- Underage or underage-looking characters in adult scenarios.
- Illegal and explicit content.If you're unsure, please ask.
✦ Payment Plans
You may choose your preferred payment method:♡ Standard Plan (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery)
* You’ll receive WIP updates, and final delivery will take place after the last payment.♡ All Upfront (100%)
* You’ll receive a 10% discount for amounts higher than $200 for paying the full amount in advance.For both standard 50-50 and full upfront payments:
* Once you send your commission form, I'll send a payment proposal and confirm details.
* The proposal will include a tentative start date based on queue size.
* Once initial payment is received, your slot will be secured and your starting date will be confirmed.
* Work will only begin on your scheduled starting date. Commissions may take between a few days to a couple weeks to finish depending on complexity.✦ Refund Policy
* No refunds will be given once work has been started.
* A minimum retention fee of 20% will be applied on any cancellation after payment is received, even if the work hasn't been started, to cover time and opportunities lost.
* All WIPs are watermarked and shared in low resolution and are strictly for client review purposes only. They may not be used, shared, or fed into any AI tools or datasets under any circumstances.
* When a chargeback is issued at any point during the process when the work has been started, I reserve the right to repurpose or resell any unfinished work.
*If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
*In all cases, I will strive to communicate clearly and resolve any issues respectfully.
